How To Add Funds On Sunlife Mutual Fund Using The Updated Sunlink Online

Investing has never been this easy. A few clicks on your phone can make you add additional funds to your Mutual Fund. Several weeks ago, I finally opened my very first Mutual Fund from Sunlife for P500 only. Then as I received my 13th-month pay for this year, I started on adding funds on my MF using the updated Sunlink Online. 

Here's a little guide for you on how to add funds to Sunlife Mutual Fund using the updated Sunlink Online via laptop, desktop or app.

1. Register on Sunlink Online. Filled up an email address, account/policy/plan#, First and Last name and Birthdate. Once you are registered, sent an email to contact us to register your mutual fund account. You are all set if you see the Mutual Funds tab on the left side of the dashboard. 

2. Choose a Bank. Minimum amount to be deposited is P1,000.

How To Deposit Funds via BDO

• Fill up the deposit form.
• Indicate the Account Name: Sunlife Asset Management
• Indicate the Account Number: 00046-004225-4
• Indicate your Full Name & amount to be deposited.
• Take a picture of your deposit slip as you might need this to download on your Sunlink Online. 

3. Download deposit slip on your Sunlink Online using Desktop/PC or by the app.

How To Add Funds on Sunlife Mutual Fund Using Desktop/PC

Go to the Mutual Funds tab -> Add Fund -> Bank -> Cash -> Bank Name -> Choose File (download deposit slip/screenshot online deposit) -> Fund Type -> Source of Funds.

How To Add Funds on Sunlife Mutual Fund Using The App

There is no difference between using the updated Sunlink Online if you want to add funds via the app. I found it easier to use the app on a smartphone as it makes me add funds anywhere I am. Follow the following instructions.

• Download the Sunlink Online App.
• Click on "My Account".

  

• Click on the fund where you want to add funds to.
• Click on the "Add Fund".

 

• Fill up the information. 

      - Date of Deposit

      - Investment Amount
      - Sales Load
        *Front End - Upfront charges and no holding period

        *Back End - No upfront charges and with 5 year holding period
      - Proof of Payment - Upload the image of your deposit slip.

      - Source of funds

 

• Add Fund Summary. Tick on the "I agree." and then Submit.

4. Wait for the payment to reflect on your account. Turnaround time takes up to 3 business days to reflect on your account and you will also receive a confirmation via email and text. Now isn't that easy?
