This is the recent update on GCash app. GCash app no longer has the USD option to cash-in. If you can't view your available balance on your GCash app from Paypal, you need to convert the currency to Philippine Peso.
Reminder: Paypal's conversion rates are the lowest plus they have a conversion fee.
1. Go to Paypal Balance
2. Select the icon for "Convert Currency".
3. Click on what currency you want to convert your Paypal money then check the conversion rate.
4. Click on 'Convert Now'. Once done, you'll be able to see the converted USD money to Philippine Peso.
5. Finally, use GCash to cash-in your now converted Paypal balance.
